You can fund your cooperative account using any of the following methods:

1. Direct transfer from your account in Nigeria/abroad into the cooperative account details 2022650517 UBA, account name 301hagcooperative. After payment send or mail the transaction receipt to the office for confirmation.
2. Cash Deposit pay into the cooperative account 2022650517 UBA, account name 301hagcooperative. After payment send or mail the transaction teller to the office for confirmation.
3. POS available in the office for easy payment using ATM card.

You can check your cooperative account balance using any of the following methods

1. By coming down to the office business hall
2. By using the cooperative online website. Note: you need a valid credential to log on

1. It helps personnel to have a savings habit
2. It helps personnel to have access to loans at a concessional or moderate interest rate, which is disbursed faster than what is obtained in the banks. Sometimes it can be done within 24-72 hours

Members can join at their own free will with no charge.

One is entitled to 200% of his total contribution after 3 months of savings.

Depending on the repayment period the cooperative operates within 5% for 1-10 months and 6% when is within 11-20 months

Yes the loan is deducted from members monthly salary. The amount of Loan given should commensurate with members earnings (80% of the basic salary) The loan is given according to members salary income so as to enable members pay back without having financial difficulties or issues.

Regular loan, Emergency Loan, Home appliance loan and Housing.

A member can be granted another Loan when he/she is still paying an existing loan, only on emergency basis and must not be more than his credit limit.

The longest repayment period is 20 months

No. The cooperative is a savings strategy designed to make you have a compulsory savings where you cannot access the funds unless there is a withdrawal of membership.

One can only have access to their savings with a loan facility which helps you still save while servicing a loan

No, there is no charge nor fine for account closure.

You can make direct cash payments either at the Cooperative Secretariat via POS or through payment to the Cooperative's bank account. Then, send proof of cash payment (teller or e-receipt) to the Cooperative. Call the member care lines on guidance on how to send this proof of payment to the Cooperative. Thank you

Steps to change your password To get your account number Login 1. Click on dashboard - View your profile after your Svc number you will see an account number - Copy that account number - Then logout and re-Login using that account number Then change your password using this process after you must have login using your account number 1. Login to the online portal 2. Click on 'self service' 3. Click 'change password' 4. Type new password and confirm the password 5. Click the change password button

To view your detailed account statement: 1. Login - Using your username and password 2. Go to - My Account Portfolio Then click on account statement (detail view) 3. You will see a detailed breakdown of your account dating back to Nov 19 (Savings, deductions, loan, home app, commodities, etc)
